» work done my Mr. Baker throughout the night
…this was performed live, digitally and projected onto a large drop-down screen on the stage and to various flat screen televisions dotted about The Winchester. The idea is that he takes various poses of people as they walk in, then digitally mutates them into something else. It is a fun project to watch as the true identity slowly gets...

Moon Street Episode 5 » Digital Revolution
@ The Orange Rooms
In the preview we asked if the invited AUCB Lecturers could handle the pressure, and in the build up to the event it seems that pressure proved too much for Matt Johnson as he managed to self-harm with a pair of scissors - a petty excuse we think. Anyway Joel and Mr.Benson bravely stepped up to the plate and...

A brave move for Joel - a practicing illustrator is hard enough…mix that with being a tutor makes performing live in front of your peers much more challenging. His recent work has seen a shift in style from his older digital collage work.

Bournemouth >> live art
The art culture of Bournemouth is vast and has a lot to offer, with its vibrant landscapes, devoted community, and rich local heritage, there couldn’t be a better platform for artists to launch themselves from. However what seemed so absent to the town was the ability to actually witness art being produced, what usually happens behind the curtain of art schools or studio’s seemed to stay...

October 2009 saw Technicolour Moon take on Crabwolf at the opening night of Moon Street, two masterpieces were conceived and still take pride of place on stage at the back of the venue to this day, providing a backdrop to many well known musicians.
